Plan Your Escape—Remote Wilderness, Quiet Luxury, Deep Connection
Itinerary
Arrival Day: Touching Down in the Wild
Your journey begins with a 75-minute flight north from Thunder Bay, Ontario—passing over endless lakes, rivers, and forest before landing on Miminiska’s private grass airstrip. Our lodge team will greet you on arrival and transfer your luggage to your private cabin, where a hearty breakfast and warm welcome await.
Spend the rest of the day settling in. Take a walk along the shoreline, explore the main lodge, or simply relax with a drink on your deck. Swim, stretch, or just breathe. This is your time. In the evening, gather for cocktails, a family-style dinner, and, if the skies cooperate, a bonfire under the stars and the glow of the northern lights.
Days at Miminiska: Your Time, Your Rhythm
There’s no set schedule here—only possibilities. Start your morning with coffee delivered to your cabin and a made-to-order breakfast in the dining room. Then fill your days however you choose.

You can soak in the sauna, read on the dock, or nap to the sound of wind in the pines. Each day brings the opportunity to reconnect—with nature, with loved ones, and with yourself.
